Unpkg GUI (Windows Program requires .NET) and second is Allunpkg (Command Line version) both will decrypt and extract ALL pkg files with the exception of firmware PKG files. Instead of having to use different applications to deal with different pkg types, these applications will detect what's what and handle it accordingly.
