Before I explain what you have to do, Just remember that its an alternative PSN server and you won't be able to play with your non-CFW friends. I take no credit for the pictures in this tutorial

1. Go to the Settings tab and click on Debug Settings

2. Click on NP Environment and type in: sp-int
   
3. Restart your PS3
   
4. Create a New User

5. Go to the PLAYSTATION NETWORK tab
   You must login or register to view this content.
   
6. Either Click Quick Sign-up, which can get you free games or Click Sign-up
   
7. Follow the steps of signing up and connect to PSN!
