Even if you get the package on your JB PS3 you need the packages to get activated, so unless you still have your act.dat with the map packs activated, you WILL NOT have the maps active.

i still got my act.dat and rif file at least i no i can still play my maps on rebug

unless you previously purchased the maps and have an act.dat with that information saved on it, there is currently no way to get the map packs since you cannot activate them.
