seems bricked, wht did you do to it?

pulled ot my harddrive coz every update a do it stops at 69% but my blueray drive is in right because the blue light is on

yeah that's bricked, you'll have to install firmware from recovery mode now.

to enter recovery mode, press the power button and hold it down, you should hear three beeps and then your Ps3 should turn off again. Now do the same again, press power and hold, you should hear another beep, followed by two quick beeps, release the button at this point and you will have a menu come up where you can install your firmware from USB stick.
