(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello guys. Since 3.55 I was trying to jailbreak my PS3 but obviously I had to go on recovery mode. My PS3 doesn't want to let me go on recovery mode!

I follow the steps exactly.

I hold the power button until it turns off

I hold the power button again to turn it on but leave my finger on it until it double beeps

Then it shows me some choices on screen. I press restart system cause that's what a person in the video did. Then my PS3 doesn't even ask me if there is an HDMI output. Everything is still saved like I didn't do anything... I return back to the XMB menu and there is no change whatsoever...

just go to update system with your usb on it with the pup of your CFW on it.

Yea well I thought of that but. How do all the other people in the videos have other files under the game list in the XMB menu? Is that after they jailbreak it via the USB?

Haha alright thanks mate! +1 Rep. Cause my PS3 used to have this problem when I go onto the recovery menu and choose anything it would just restart the PS3... weird. But now its working again and I cant believe it!
