Rerun the spoofer you installed on your ps3 and select uninstall then reboot your ps3. Or just use recovery mode and reflash a firmware.

What firmware are on?? if you are on 3.55 ofw, you'll have to put kmeaw back on there again, then the spoofer and disable it. I can't see how you're on an ofw as the spoofer wouldn't allow it and if you're on 3.60 then why would you think the spoofer is still active as it would state that you are on 3.60 anyway. Formatting the hard drive will not solve the problem.
