If you haven't yet changed your Environment to the dev servers, Use the rebug selector to enter rebug mode and debug menu 2.
In the XMB, Go to Settings, Debug Menu and Change the NP Environment to exactly this:
sp-int. Then follow the above guide.

I understand what you're saying but if its a hack or exploit it has its right to be posted in the ' Playstation 3 Exploits and Hacks ' section. Although messing with someones stats for no reason is kind of over the top.

Messing with people's accounts can be funny to some extent, as long as you don't mess with their stats then it can be funny. Go on COD and change the names of their classes and leave a message lol.
