It depends n which firmware are you on if you re online with cfw 3.55 or lower yes if you re on 3.60 official firmware then no.

Need more information before you can say that. I get that DNS thing quite a bit actually messing with crap on Rebug cause I forgot to start an application on my pc or something. Just try changing your DNS servers and turning proxy off if you have it on.

I get an error 80710092.
It may be the same thing/ problem they are having.
