I was wondering can anyone help me choose the best Firmware to get that Includes Homebrew and if possible PSN and OtherOS. Should I stay on 2.60 or Update to 3.41 or 3.55? Or even The Rebug CFW ? please help me I Don't know what to do thanks !

Update to 3.55 OFW. Then Custom firmware Rebug, it allows you partial PSN access, unlike the other custom firmwares.

what i would do is go on 3.55 with rebug and join the mass of people using the dev server and a program called a mapper to get on cod games and other game two here a few link m8

You'll still be able to go online using mapping on 3.41 too. Its not a 3.55 specific feature. They don't know what they're talking about.

I also herd that Kmeaw was coming out with a CFW That allows Dual boot option is that good and what is it ?

Yeah, apparently he is. But if I were you, in the meantime I would use Rebug 3.41.2 rather than updating to 3.55
And if Kmeaw makes a dualboot CFW, I wouldn't be surprised if someone else made a 3.41 version. Stay on 3.41. It's more open to you than 3.55

just like to say that i do no what am talking about thank you and i have a 3.41 and 3.55 and a 3.60 and i give him all that info because there a lot more stuff coming out for 3.55 these days and even if he update to 3.55 he can downgrade again to 3.41 if he want to so can you plz keep your rude comment to yourself
