(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Might be a stupid question but just to be safe i want to sell my cfw console on ebay and if i say in this listing u can back up your own games etc. is that illeagle? does it breach ebays terms and will i get in trouble elsewhere for it?

you must read the terms of ebay....but i dont think so.... there are many CFW in ebay... but they dont says "play your pirated games" they say Backup your games. :lol:

its legal to sell cfw but if it has pirated copys on it then no cause its copyright infringment

Yes this is agreed although these are MY copies of games but im not selling them with the console the retail disc copies. Do i state they are MINE. is then that legal?

But don't have any pirates games or backed up games
Coz then that's illegal..

It's not illegal to sell, but it's illegal to advertise.

I sold my old CECHK01 PS3 on ebay and it had 3.55-kmeaw cfw.

I advertised that it was on 3.55 OFW.
The buyer paid for it and told me he was interested in homebrew, so he asked me not to update (to the latest firmware)
I was gonna flash it back to ofw, but I told him that cfw was already installed and I could just leave it and my homebrew apps on there. He said he'd appreciate it if I did, so I just left the stuff on there (but deleted and deactivated my accounts)

Advertise that your ps3 is on 3.55 OFW, but nothing else.
If the buyer doesn't ask about homebrew, then format your hdd and put it back on 3.55 OFW

I have A question similiar to this because I want to sell my ps3 to gamestop but its banned from black ops, do you guy's think they'll do something about it?

dont tell them, only if they ask you directly about it. then theres no faking in it.

Yea I Know I was Going to do that but thanks anyway. but if they ask me if it is banned from black ops i'll just tell tell them "No not that i know of". or something:evil:
