When you backed it up from a disc... did you do it to the internal or the external?

External wont work due to files will be split into smaller files.
Internal SHOULD work if you rip disc straight to it.. no moving or splitting of any files.

When you rip a game to the internal, straight away fix permissions, this usually fixes that black screen.

If it still doesnt work.. head over to ps3iso.com and grab a "fixed eboot.bin" thats for uncharted.

As for making it work on the external... Rip game to internal... ftp to computer.. extract large psarc file with psarc tool... copy the game folder onto external, launch multiman and fix permissions. and it will run. This is the exact way i did it and it worked, backing up straight to external wouldnt work when attempting to split psarc files.

Hope i helped. Smile
