Because Some people are saying "Its going to take a while",And "Its Impossible to make a CFW For 3.60"

Maybe there all ready is but people would be too scared to release it since Sony seem to take everyone to court now. But It's just a theory. :\

its not impossible and someone (forgot his name) said that he has an exploit but he wont release till he finds reason enough to but it is very hard to try to figure out

It is currently impossible because sony changed their keys - the things that make it possible for us to make a custom firmware - when they made 3.60. Nobody has these keys, or if is they do they haven't released them publicly.

So to sum it up when 3.60 keys are released (if ever) you will see a custom firmware of 3.60.
