No one really knows for sure, everyone just needs to wait and see what happens.

Probably would since there wouldn't be any point jailbreaking 3.60 if there was a 3.70 out - nobody would want 3.60 because they'd all update. I doubt there every being a 3.60 jailbreak. And as for Rebug, it'll work anyway I think. Since it's on a different server.
I'm happy for Sony to keep bringing updates, I'm fine on 3.55
