Actually you can get it back.

- Run a FTP program on your PS3 and connect to it from your computer
- browse to "/dev_flash2/etc" and copy the file "xRegistry.sys" to your computer
- Now using a HEX editor open the file and search for the first few letters of your account and it will show up
