The problem I have now is, I'm not on JB anymore, My PS3 is 3.6, And I can't use the big restore I have on my drive anymore, So I had to re back up(which doesnt have any modded patches or back up for jb on it).

My question is, how can I get a patch on my ps3 for cod4 again and for it to work when I'm on Formatted 3.6? Possible?

Well for 1, I just used the ol search button and I can't find anything about that or what it is lol.
And 2, is there anyway to downgrade from 3.6? to say 3.5, then 3.55?
And could you explain the hdd method or link me, sorry for being troublesome btw

I still have my restore on my flash, but my ps3 wont read it. It only reas the backup that i make new. So if there was a way where I can get my 5hour restore back on my ps3 i should be in good shape

If u live in Wollongong Australia no probs there a wb sit I'll try to remember the name that if u send them your hd that will install the patch 4 u but that charge like 20 bucks but

And If theres a possible way I can get that restore to be read on my ps3. Cuz I have it, but the new backup I did when i was killed by curiosity has different archives on it with diff file sizes.

ur screwed just look on ebay for a ps3 thts on 3.55 or lower., thts wht i did., i bought one tht was on 3.14 80gb with a 250gb in it and i won it for 145 in great condition. thts ur only option sense u dont have any friends with jb ps3.

There's not even a way where I can find a way to get my restore that takes 5hours back on my ps3? because whats weird is that Even tho I have it named as the patch I want, it wont read that 1, but reads the other clean slate one

is ur modded patch on ur external right? well u could back up frm the restore of tht, dont think u wunna waste tht long of a time to restore. :lol: just try it then leave it backing up over nite so when u wake up ull be restored and hopefully psn will be working again /facepalm

Yeah, its on an external , but when ever I go to the Systems>Back Up>Restore> I click my Ext Hard but then it says no back up data on drive.
When I made a new backup, it shows that 1, but it doesnt show the big one with everything on it. I dont know why. I also tried numerous times.

I even tried dragging the files from tthe big one to the new backup, but when I do that, it wont read the new anymore & I end up having to create a new back up point./facepalm
