hello ngu this is the ftp that i personally use its ultra simple its called xbox tool u can do allot more with it it works perfect with the ps3 as well
but steps for ftp
go to ftp explore
at the top hit options > preferences
hit ftp put your ip and connect

virus... ftp servers shouldent be exe files anyway just use filezilla

to address the wrong section im sorry i was answering questions and got mixed up also no its not a ftp server its the program on your computer that sends stuff to your ps3 its a computer app thus a exe. it doesnt go on your ps3 as for a virus scan i will + rep thanks and donate 5,000 vbux to the first to do it i guarantee it to be free of viruses if it has a virus i will willingly take a perma ban and i love ngu so that says something
