I've done everything right I think....I made a PS3 folder....then folder called UPDATE.....then put the file in there. Please can anybody help me with this??? Did Sony patch something with the update?

Its Fake it Downlaod's 100% but when u go to install it. It says that

no here try this put your ps3 into recovery mode and then update
go
hold the power down on your ps3 till it boots then shuts back down then press again untill you hear 2 beeps and then release
one of the options will be system update
update from storage media make sure you just have the cfw on it in the right folders
