(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi i have been away from the cfw scene for a while due to college work. I was tring to install the rebug cfw. Is there anyway of creating an account for rebug while psn is down or will i have to wait for psn to be back online?

No, it will not be possible until they bring the PSN back online.

there is no such thing as a "rebug account", your talking about accounts for the debug environments.
As for creating a new one, this will probably not be possible at all no more. As they seem to have changed the server auth and you'll be unable to connect without the required update (3.60).
