the reason I post in PS3 Hacks is because It has to deal with a .pkg file.

Sorry, it doesn't have anything to do with .pkg files.
I think you will have to open a file in Brotherhood with a hex editor, then find out what and how to edit.
BTW, all of the UPlay things are on the disc.
