Do you think that if I data transfer from a 3.55 jailbroken PS3 with like 5 games on the HDD (backups) to a 3.60 PS3, do you think that it will transfer the back ups too?

Back ups are classified as "Blu-ray Games" and not as "PS store games" so I was wondering, because that way then I won't have to delete all my back ups before transferring, that way it won't take 4 days to transfer like 60GB in games

Yeah, it will data transfer, but it obviously won't work. I can confirm.

oh and by the way, if get trophies on the 3.55 and then data transfer, do u think that the progress of the trophies I've earned will transfer too? (I used to sync trophies on 3.55 but only when we had access to play online)

Nope, you will have to get the trophies all over again.
