1.i remove replace my hard disk with a new one
2.restore the factory settings
& 3.install the latest firmaware then will i get banned

Just update to 3.55 OFW, then 3.60 OFW. You could always use logjammer to fix your logs, but it's not needed.

There really isn't any need other than to simply update normally;

Sony haven't banned a single person due to just custom firmwares, the only people banned as of yet are those who have hacked trophies, and or violated rules on PlayStation Home.

Don't listen to your friends. It's really easy. You should be able to restore the OFW through the Recovery menu. Choose System Update from External source use the OFW 3.55 and voila you're done.

If you want to remove the fact that any homebrew has been running on your PS3 simply format the drive.
