First off, what game is it? You can probably mod it with MultiMan's EBOOT tool. You can do it with games that require 3.60 as long as they are compiled with the 3.55 keys. At the moment, the only game that has been compiled with 3.60 keys is Portal 2, future games will probably follow suit.
