It is highly likely, flashpoint 2 is encrypted with 3.60 keys and there is no way to play that yet on any custom firmware.

All new games will most probably be encrypted with 3.60 keys

Not necessarily, an exploit was found last night that allowed Brink(3.60) to be playable on 3.55 CFW. Just a matter of waiting
