just got one mines on 3.55

It all depends where you buy the PS3 from.

Two of the PS3s I bought came lower than 3.55 but i went to gamestop 3 days ago and bought a refurbished it was 3.60 so i think its just a matter of getting lucky.Try looking on Craigslist video game section for your area. Sometimes i see jailbroken ps3's on there.

If you want a 3.55 or lower buy a pre owned ps3 as they are around 90% on 3.55
