Right, I've worked out where the covers folder is and how to change it. Hdd0/game/BLES80608/usrdir/covers. Covers must be 260x300 and needs to be saved as the games code, followed by JPG, so for socom, i downloaded a picture of the cover 260x300 and saved it as BCES00938.JPG and then copied it to the covers folder. Notice its saved as JPG and not jpeg, i had to edit the name in comgenies awesome manager.
