Or you could just try to sign on to You must login or register to view this content. with your PSN details and if you're banned it will tell you that your account has been suspended.

but thats why i dont want if i update, imgine updatin then getting that error lol

Just logged in and changed my password - But I doubt PSN will ever happen on my 3.55 ps3 ever again. But yeah - I chose to play all the games I want for free instead, so I don't really care.
