The closest thing that you can expect would be the QA flags which allow people to do pretty much everything adn anything with their PS3 but i highly doubt that it will be released since sony will most likely do another lawsuit if it is. If you want to see a video on the QA flags here it is

Yup, a few people would have released both a 3.61 CFW & the QA flagging method by now but they're afraid of being sued by Sony... FTL.

Red Dot City is from MW2 hacks I highly doubt they're into anything like cfw for ps3.. source?
