You need Application Keys to sign anything.

I know what the OP asked isn't possible but can someone really quickly answer me this because it's a missing piece of logic in my noggin(lol, noggin): if when you update firmware or data transfer to a higher firmware with new keys, how come official PSN games are still playable yet homebrew games are not? Obviously the homebrew games don't have the new keys required, but nor did the PSN games prior to updating, so where did the PSN games get the keys? Do the newer firmwares update specific apps/games or something or..? I'm confused :FU:

Just a question, a question I can't answer w/ logic so I must be missing something Happy
