HELL IS HERE
A new version of PS3 Multi Tools for Windows has been released by SvenGDK. The new release has an alternative download server for Europeans, labeled EU 2. You can now choose your server under Settings->Choose server. In addition, the latest release allows you to download the latest version of emulators for the PS3.
