where is the act.dat file located?

NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I was told that it was located under dev_hdd0/home/0000000x/exdata but every user that I go in that directory doesn't have that file. So can anyone help me? Thanks
