Hold down the power button for 10 seconds then when it beeps let go of the power button and see if it works. If this doesn't help then you have a hardware issue of some sort. Most likely the hdd is broken.

it is a hdd problem i couldnt see from the video but a green light flashing yellow is hdd failure sony told me that when i emailed support last year i changed hdd my old 60 still running like a champion
