What Firmware?

unistall redownload reinstall = profit
or try pluging up the hdd b4 turning on the ps3 one of these will prob fix it
or see if it freezes when using another manager
or try a different usb slot

I plugged it in to a different usb slot and plugged it in before i turned it on and now its working thanks.
Sending 100k now.
