So, wanted to know is:

1. how can i backup my trophies without doing a system restore? do i just ftp my saved data from my ps3 to hdd?
2. if i ftp the contents of my ps3 to my hdd can i just copy that to my ps3 after i restore? (im not to fussed about the contents of my hdd apart from my tophies in this point in time)
