Can I play online with my 3.41 ps3?

no, you can't. what you can do is put your mods on your 3.41 ps3, and then use data transfer utility in system settings to transfer them mods to your normal firmware. then, you can play online with them.

Is there any tutorial explaining that?

One more question, after I took the data transfer file, i had to bypass the file on the updated ps3?
