So i have a ps3 running 3.55 cfw and a ps3 running 3.66 and ill be data transfering mw2 modded patches no problem.
the problem i have is -
i want to data transfer a cod 4 patch to the 3.66 ps3 but i have never played cod 4 on the 3.55 ps3 so do i need to play cod 4 online on 3.55 to get the relevant data for the patch or do i just run the game withought going online?
Because if i have to go online with the 3.55 then im pretty much screwed because it will ask for update which kind of defeats the object.
any suggestions?

actually just search around for the latest cod 4 update pkg.

Put your CoD4 region ID in You must login or register to view this content. and download the patch in PKG form. For example my disc is EU, so I would put in BLES00148, download the PKG, install it on the PS3, swap patch_mp.ff-s and data transfer :bro:
