HI guys!
I got, maybe, a tip for all you lag switchers! Buy a FOOT light switch. I have got one of those and when sitting on my gaming chair I just put my toe on it and I am able to press it rapidly when needed.
But off to where this topic is about.
My home situation!
I have cable internet.
My modem is also my router and provided by my ISP. It has got 4 lan ports and phone lines on it. I plugged a network power adapter (it puts your signal on your power lines in house) into the modem/router.
Upstairs I have another adapter plugged into a power socket and from there a cable with lag switch runs into my PS3. I do have a switch somewhere in my house.
But my question is. Players do not freeze, they just lag. Is this maybe due to the ethernet over powernetwork adapters? OR should I put a switch between the power adapter next to my ps3 and from there connect the lan cable with switch to my PS3?
I made a paint from the situation.

Is this ever going to work or are those adapters just messing it up?
