(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi everyone im thinking on Jailbreaking my ps3 but i dont know if i should do it or not at the moment. I do have a Jailbroken Psp running 5.00 M33-6 i think its close enough to the Ps3 system. And a Jailbroken iPod Touch 2nd Gen. im not a complete noob its not that hard to do. Since im mostly an Xbox person Ps3 is a little new to me. So what do you think yes or no? Plus im new to this site! im also on Xboxmb. :confused:

Mainly to do emulators, other homebrews, free games, and modded lobbies!

i dont think you can get free games anymore they have patched that with the 3.66 update but check the forums out its alot of info in this section

if you want to jailbreak 3.55 just make sure you have 3.55 official firmware installed
then install the cfw you want i recommend rebug or kmeaw

put the ofw on a usb drive in a set up like this on the root of the drive make a folder called PS3 inside that folder make a folde called UPDATE put the update pup in the UPDATE folder

once you console is on 3.55
then just replace the ofw pup with the cfw you want and do it again

if it says same version already installed install from recovery mode

you can get ofw 3.55 from here

it is harder but theres alot that was released before that you can get any game from 2006-just a few weeks ago to work flawless

me too im having the same problem i feel like if i install the 3.55 jailbreak if my firmware is 3.66 the system my brick or maybe you might get banned its just im to scared. I have jail broken my ps3 in January of 2011 that's when i had geohots 3.55 jailbreak but then i updated my ps3 like a noob and didn't know that there was a noob
