Also i read if i downgrade my ps3 to 3.55 i can do it aswell. Iv seen firmwares that can be downloaded so i could downgrade my ps3 right?

There is no jailbreak for 3.66
You'll have to wait for a new one
All the sites saying they have a 3.66 jailbreak are fake
There also isn't a downgrade for 3.66
So right now, ur stuck on 3.66 no jailbreak or downgrade

Yup, it'd do nothing. You can downgrade, however only using an Infectus mod chip to downgrade the NAND(confusing & expensive).
