get all the parts in 1 folder then right click part 1 and click extract here then it should make a folder called BLES or BLUS depends where your from then coppy that folder to an USB stick or external and BAM done

this but ill add sometimes you may need to extract twice depending on how the games separated
to put on ps3 via ftp get a client such as filezilla
start up blackbox or whatever ftp program you put on the ps3
enter the ip on the ps3 screen and connect
navigate to dev hdd0/ games i think and drop your game in

to use external make a folder called GAMEZ on a fat32 formated drive put your game inside here

obvs yes then make sure u hve jb or cfw and then install it
