Like you said that you ps3 has already Cfw 3.55 I´ll start from here:First You need to install original patch 1.12 on your jailbroken ps3, download it from here You must login or register to view this content. You will notice that there are two downloads link one for BLUS and other for BLES, if you live in United Kingdom download the BLES one if you live in US download the BLUS one( BLUS and BLES are the Id of the games google it) once you download it you will have a pkg file on your pc, after that grab a memory usb connect it to your pc and copy the file that you download in the root of the memory, now connect it to your ps3 and go to "Game" section on the xmb menu and then Install package after that Just press "X" to install it, Now you have to Install some homebrew ,go to this thread and download the file with the name BlackBox FTP server for 3.55 You must login or register to view this content. extract it and install it like you did it with the mw2 patch , Now you need to connect your jailbroken ps3 to internet after You do that
go to your pc and install filezilla You must login or register to view this content. (that program will help you connecting your ps3 and pc via Ftp) Install it after you done with that, Go to this section and download a modded patch You must login or register to view this content. but I recommend you this one You must login or register to view this content. , after you download one you will have a file called patch_mp.ff if not rename it.
Now go to your ps3 and start blackbox , It will give an Ip address(Note: Don´t press "X" or quit it while you are using it ) Start filezilla on your pc in the top of the program there´s a little windows that it says: Ip address, well you have to write the same Ip address that BlackBox is showing you and then press quick connect on the left side You´ll have all your ps3 folders(Don´t touch anything) and on the right side your documents,files and everything that it´s on your pc, what you are going to do is in the left side navigate to this route /dev_hdd0/game/(BLESXXXX or BLUSXXXX)/USRDIR/ (Xs are numbers) once you are there just copy the modded patch(patch_mp.ff) that you downloaded and overwrite it for the other one that it´s on USRDIR folder(the original one).
Ok so now you have to transfer your data , first download and install spoofer 3.66 from here You must login or register to view this content. once you installed(It´s homebrew so you know how to install now) start it and follow the instructions on your screen to install it and activate, for use the data transfer you need an ethernet cable, Now just follow the instructions on your Tv and Please don´t use play online matches with the lobby only for privates matches, Don´t ruin the game, and By the way wrong section but it´s ok because you new
