yea because the timestamps on it are all the same time probably is why u can get banned

for cfw your best bet is to look in the cfw section since i only do ofw game saves(to much of a risk for me)

from my understanding....

OFW game saves- anyone can use and are not user blocked. meaning anyone can use the game save. only some games work with the game save sharing though. so will not allow the player to use a shared game save.

CFW game saves- (guessing) anyone can use any game save using ftp. im not sure if its only certain games. i'm sure theres more to it but since i've never messed with cfw im not exactly sure.

You Only Get Banned When Someone Starts Too Snitch On You like 50 times in 1 day.

i think you're trying to get instant platinums...
if thats the case, it only works with a few OFW saves (fuel, LBP2 etc)
you cant just load up a platinum save for any game and get the instant plat...
otherwise everyone would have 150 plats here lol

going down the CFW route....
you can get some saves that unlock multiple trophies... i stay away from the "dark side" and not too sure how it works exactly, but my understanding is that using CFW can unlock the save, and allow you to use other peoples saves... there's also a good chance you'll get banned using this route, and you cannot sync trophies to your account, or play online anymore...
seems a bit pointless to me, but some like it....
