Well I have a fat ps3 that is on 3.55 with a blu ray drive that is missing the part where it holds the disk. So basically I cant insert a disk in my ps3. When i took it apart to remove my game that was stuck, it fell apart and I threw it out. I still have the logic board and and everything else is still connected fine. If I try installing a 3.55 CFW, will my ps3 pass the bluray drive check and will the FW install properly? Please help me out. I have done so much research and I cant find an answer. Thanks
