no program but u can buy a capture card i suggest a PCI capture card u can get one for 15 bucks free shipping on ebay searsh "PCI capture card" saw plenty for that offer

well these are the things you need:
- a capture card
- av/s cable (you don't need it but it's alot easier with it)
- recording software
all those things will cost about 100 bucks.
things i use:
- dazzle platinum
- av/s cable
- quickstart 10 for recording
when yo got all of those go to the tutorial section and look for a post:
"how to record (another way) " or something
you need any more help? just pm me
