you should have backed up your hdd b4 hand and then restored afterwards, bc it formats your hdd when you downgrade

use a proxy like logan5 it will allow you to sign up for playstation network or use an existing account but once you make account or sign in it wont allow psn but atleast you can get your psn account onto your jailbroken playstation thats how i did it it always works that way

I don't think you can, you might get flagged if you try to sign in
