bahumatlord over from psx-scene has released a disc to be loaded from multiman that contains ALL of the cheat .pkg files that were originally taken offline since all the links were on megauplad.

You simply download the "disc" (it's a 1 gig file btw ) and place it on your internal/external drive like you would a normal game

Load the disc and there will be TWO disc icons on the XMB. Select the second icon and you can install your packages for the corresponding game you are wishing to cheat on (it takes time for the games to show up sometimes )

Some will install a NPDRM type geohot fix "game" to run after you load the game in multiman, others are just a simple "update" type package. Load the game and play as normal.

There are also two updates out.

Update one (replace the PS3_EXTRA folder with this one and overwrite anything):
Items sorted correctly
Includes what cheats are activated

Update two (same installation as update one, but you must have update one installed):
Includes Tekken 6 (NTSC and PAL) and Midnight Club Los Angeles (NTSC)
