I'm giving out the latest version of PS3 Gen (the Disk creation tool to be used with the DEX emulator) and PRODG (Includes debugging software and the latest version of Target Manager).

what are the chances of us seeing ofw modifications without having to use the E3 flasher? (or any other downgrader)
