Usually lag is for 10-15 seconds max with net tools. Just test around and see how long you can go. With a macro all you need to do is just download it and install then click create new macro and just glitch start wait a few seconds and then stop for a few seconds. and stop recording. It took me a while to get my macro to work perfectly when I played rfom. It all depends on your internet really.
