Post: Problems on Rogero CFW 4.21

Step1: from kmeaw are returned to ofw, then through recovery mode i've upgraded to CFW 4.21.
step2: after the rogero screen, i get message to update the system; i checked the settings and the firmware has not be spoof to 4.25.
step3: installation of multiman 08.4.00 , No backup seems to work; i did some research and these errors seem to be caused by failure of installation toggle_qa (i think it has no sense, but tried installation anyway).
Step4: download toggle_qa (from sites known as ps3news etc for safe download) and when trying to install pkg i receive error 80010017 ... WTF?

I think the QA flag Pkg is signed for 3.55 so when you try to do it on 4.21 it wont install because it's only 3.55 compatible....That's what i think...my friend had pretty much the same problem he downgraded then he enabled QA perfectly upgraded and no problems....

Sorry for asking a question within a question but do the eboots for xp lobbies work on 4.21. I'm haven't upgraded yet but i wanna play RE6

oh shit ... after upgrating to 4.21 i have deleted all HB befor install new LOL
Derek my english is not good, this fact of the qa is not clear, I have done the downgrade to 3.55 ; now, before proceed with the upgrade of rogero 1.09 do i have to activate the qa through the combo?
As shown in the photo, then proceed with the upgrade?

you only use that button combo to check the QA, once you run the toggleQA pkg it should beep a few times then restart, thats done :y:
if you are on 4.21 now and some things are fucked up, follow rogeros tut to downgrade back to 3.55, run toggle QA then reinstall 4.21
EDIT: you say it fail to spoof to 4.25? it should show as 4.21 in system settings

In fact, it is what I said, the qa is not related; however i don't know what caused the problem; rest on kmeaw aspect and something better.
As regards the error 80010017, are more than confident that i tried with the original eboot and not with the fix for 3.55 !
(tryed doa 5 duplex release, moh from yuor link, ttt2 duplex release)
