My friends wanted to host MW3 XP lobbys so he spoofed his 3.55 PS3 to 4.31
He did this about a week ago and when he tried to get on his spoofed PS3 today he was system banned.
My question is, is there a way to fix this? Cause he needs internet to do black box but it won't allow him.
Or is there a way to make internet connection available so he can use blackbox?

I am assuming he is not banned because you can still use the internet if your console is banned...
Additionally, if he is banned, he can use a file manager such as Comgenies Awesome File Manager to transfer modded game files over to his PS3. From here you can data transfer to a OFW PS3 and then play online.
