1. install rebug 4.21.1, remove all mods (previous versions of this mod as this is the fixed version), install v1.5 fix, install xmb mod
2. choose/install 15 install bubble (under psn content in package installer)
3. language packs: choose dutch language in xmb and install with mod installer (unsure about this? although it does show changing the language to english in the video above..)
4. run original xmb to get back to normal rebug rex edition

and what do you mean by "remove all mods" ...?

damm ever since i downgraded from 4.30 cfw to try this and updated from 3.55.3 rebug to 4.21 my ps3 freezes after boot

not gunna lie ive had this happen to me a couple times just remove any usb's aand it should boot up correctly

this is an xmb mod for rebug cfw so no u couldnt go from tb to this but u can goto rebug 4.21 then install this mod xD also for the whole remove previous mods that means to get rid of any previous xmb mods how this has a fresh install
